Registration is now open

After installing a human verification application called reCaptcha, I've decided to open registration to the public. I don't know exactly what I'll use if for, but this way people could subscribe to the website and potentially post content in the future. I may make it possible to post comments without registering, but that opens many possibilities for spam bots to begin clogging the server. I'll have to think about this one for a little bit, but at least people can register if they would like.
